Molly Weisgrau is a writer from Lawrence, Kansas. She was the winner of the Langston Hughes Creative Writing Award and the Edgar Wolfe Award, managing editor for the eighth issue of the literary magazine 45th Parallel, and co-founder of the forthcoming literary magazine Framesick, which showcases writing about movies and movie-going. She earned an MFA from Oregon State University in 2023. Her work appears in Hobart, Ghost Parachute, Fractured Lit, Flash Frog, and elsewhere. These days, Molly writes from a church basement in Chicago where she lives with her cat named Rothko.
